Energy Renovation of residential Buildings – Public ESCO Project

We are thrilled to share that the Public ESCO Project for Energy retrofits of apartment blocks connected to district heating systems in Serbia has led to the design of a standardised offer for building managers and apartment owners. Representatives of the Ministry of Mining and Energy of Serbia attended the informational meeting regarding the presentation of key details on financing for the project “Energy Renovation of Residential Buildings Connected to the District Heating System – Public ESCO Project” and its benefits for citizens participating in this initiative.

This project is being implemented with financial support from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and the Government of Switzerland.
